EnterpriseWorks Expanding Research Park
EnterpriseWorks Research Park is out of space and is working with Fox/Atkins on two new buildings scheduled to open in 2017 with a $13 million total investment anticipated. City incentives and development terms are being negotiated. New storm water infrastructure construction has been completed, creating two new ponds south of the I-Hotel.
