Getting to the OTM and Parking

Our office is located at 1853 West Polk Street in the College of Medicine West building on the UIC campus. You can park at The Wood Street Structure which is located 1 block east and 1 1/2 blocks south or the Paulina Street Structure which is located 2 blocks east and 1 block south.  After parking you can head towards the corner of Polk and Wood where you will see the College of Medicine building on the Southwest corner.

If you are coming by train, you can take the Pink Line to the Polk station and then head West half a block to the corner of Polk and Wood.

Enter the building off of Wood Street and head to the elevator bank, taking the elevator to the 4^th floor. After exiting the elevator head left and go through the glass door. You should see a sign for the OTM reception area straight ahead.

Driving Directions

From Dan Ryan Expy West I-90W / I-94W

  • Head north on Dan Ryan Expy I-90W / I-94W
  • Take exit 51H to merge onto Eisenhower Expy W / I-290W
  • Take exit 28B toward Ashland Blvd/Paulina St
  • Merge onto Van Buren St
  • Turn left at Ashland Ave
  • Turn right at Polk St to 1853 W Polk St.

From Kennedy Expy East I-90E / I-94E

  • Head southwest on Kennedy Expy I-90E / I-94E
  • Take exit 51H-I to merge onto Eisenhower Expy W / I-290W
  • Take exit 28B toward Ashland Blvd/Paulina St
  • Merge onto Van Buren St
  • Turn left at Ashland Ave
  • Turn right at Polk St to 1853 W Polk St.

From Eisenhower Expy East I-290E

  • Head east on Eisenhower Expy I-290E
  • Take exit 28A toward Damen Ave / 2000W
  • Merge onto W. Congress Ave
  • Turn right at S. Damen Ave
  • Turn left at W Polk St to 1853 W Polk St.

From Chicago "L" Pink Line

  • Take Pink line to the Polk station
  • Exit Polk station and walk west (left) 1 block to 1853 W. Polk St.
