Message From the Director

UIC ranks among the nation's leading research universities, a place where outstanding faculty, staff, and students come together to further the pursuit of scientific understanding and innovation.

The Office of Technology Management’s mission is to encourage that innovation, enhance research and facilitate economic development through the effective management, transfer, and commercialization of UIC technologies and intellectual property. Our focus is on ensuring the results of the outstanding research at UIC are successfully transferred outside the University to drive economic growth in the State of Illinois and benefit the general public.

We continue to strive to be a valuable partner to both the campus and external community. Whether you are a faculty member thinking of disclosing to our office or a company looking for opportunities to partner with us, we look forward to working with you.

Sincerely,

Jeremy Hollis
Director
Office of Technology Management
