About
German joined the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) in 2023 as the Diabetes Empowerment Education Program™ (DEEP™) Project Coordinator. He earned his Bachelor of Art degree in psychology in 2020 from UIC. German previously worked at Illinois School District 401 as a teacher’s aide and paraprofessional for special-needs students. His work with DEEP™ focuses on assisting with the administration of the project and supporting CDC cooperative agreement work.
