Justyna is a dynamic executive with a total of 20 years of experience helping organizations reach their full potential. She joined UIC in 2001 as a business analyst implementing the technology screening program. She was responsible for the tech screen team, IP and market evaluation and licensing potential reports. In 2009 she moved to Poland to become the Technology Transfer Manager and Deputy Director at the Poznan Science and Technology Park Poland (PSTP) supporting business clients and academic institutions with practical knowledge and international aspects of business incubation and development. Since 2021 Incubation Manager at Technology Transfer Office of Poznan University of Life Science, supporting individuals and researchers in innovation management and business incubation. Since April 2023 President of the Board at AMU Innovation - academic venture supporting inventors in creating academic startups. Graduate from the University of Economics, Poznan (Master of Economics), and Master of Business Administration program at the University of Illinois at Chicago (MBA). She is the European Commission expert for IP affairs as well as the European Business Network expert.
